Spicy Shrimp and Crab
When you cook this Spicy Shrimp and Crab recipe with aromatic spices and vegetables, the shrimp and crab legs come out tasting great. This dish is quick and easy to make, and its very spicy and tasty. It would be great for a friends cheap menu.
Ingredients:
- 500g shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 500g crab legs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Warm up the olive oil in a big pan over medium-low heat
Add the onion and garlic and cook until the smell is nice
The tomatoes and bell pepper should be stirred in and cooked until soft
Put crab legs and shrimp in the pan
Season with paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, salt, and pepper
About 5 to 7 minutes, or until the shrimp turns pink and the crab legs are hot all the way through
Before serving, sprinkle with fresh parsley
