Veggie Cream Cheese Stuffed Chicken with Bacon

This recipe combines tender chicken breasts stuffed with creamy vegetable cream cheese and savory bacon. Its a delightful dish thats perfect for a special dinner or family meal.

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup veggie cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 1/2 cup diced mushrooms
  • 4 slices of bacon
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions:

Set the oven temperature to 375F 190C

Cook the bacon slices in a skillet until they become crispy

Take out and let dry on paper towels

After crumbling the bacon, set it aside

Heat the olive oil in the same skillet over medium heat

Add the chopped onions, mushrooms, and bell peppers

Saut for approximately five minutes, or until they are tender

To taste, add salt and pepper for seasoning

To make a pocket, cut a horizontal slit in each chicken breast
