Knock You Naked Brownies

The rich chocolate and caramel flavor of these brownies is sure to knock your socks off

Ingredients:

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 3/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 60 caramel candies, unwrapped
  • 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350F 175C

In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, chopped pecans, evaporated milk, and melted butter

Mix until well combined

Spread half of the batter into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish

Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes

Meanwhile, in a saucepan, melt caramel candies with the remaining evaporated milk over low heat, stirring constantly until smooth

Remove brownie base from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over the hot brownies

Pour caramel mixture evenly over the chocolate chips

Drop remaining batter by spoonfuls over caramel layer

Return to oven and bake for an additional 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown

Allow to cool completely before cutting into squares
