Vegan Green Tahini Sauce
This vibrant Vegan Green Tahini Sauce is a versatile condiment that adds a burst of flavor to salads, roasted vegetables, grain bowls, and more. Its creamy, tangy, and packed with fresh herbs.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup fresh parsley leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water, as needed for desired consistency
Instructions:
Put parsley, cilantro, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, and olive oil in a food processor and blend them together
Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed to make the mixture smooth
Slowly add water until the consistency you want is reached
Add pepper and salt to taste
Blend again for a short time to mix in the seasoning
Move to a bowl for serving
You can use it right away or put it in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days
