Slow Cooker Chicken Broccoli and Pasta
This slow cooker chicken broccoli and pasta dish is creamy, comforting, and incredibly easy to make. With tender chicken, crisp broccoli, and perfectly cooked pasta all in a creamy sauce, its a complete meal that the whole family will love.
Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups uncooked penne pasta
- 1 can 10
- 5 oz condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Soup, chicken broth, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, garlic, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper should all be put in a slow cooker along with chicken, broccoli, pasta, and cream of chicken soup
Mix everything together well
Put the lid on top and set the heat to low
Cook for 4 to 6 hours, or until the pasta is soft and the chicken is meaty
To keep the pasta from sticking together, stir it every so often
When its done, serve it hot and top with more Parmesan cheese if you want
