Crispy Air Fryer Egg Rolls
Ingredients:
- 8 egg roll wrappers
- 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 egg for sealing
- Cooking spray
Instructions:
Chicken shreds, cabbage, carrots, bell peppers, minced garlic and ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a large bowl
To make the filling, mix it well
One corner of the egg roll wrapper should point toward you, making a diamond shape
Place it on a clean, dry surface
About two to three tablespoons of the filling should go in the middle of the wrapper
Put the filling on the bottom corner and fold it up over it
Then fold the sides in and roll it up tightly
To make a seal, use a little beaten egg to seal the top corner
Do the same thing with the rest of the egg roll wrappers and filling
Get your air fryer ready by heating it up to 375F 190C
To help them get crispy, spray the egg rolls with cooking spray or brush them with a little oil
Make sure the egg rolls dont touch each other when you put them in the air fryer basket
They should be cooked for 10 to 12 minutes, flipping them over once, until they are golden brown and crispy
Put the egg rolls on a plate and let them cool down for a few minutes
Then you can serve them
Dip them in your favorite sauce, like sweet and sour or soy sauce with a little Sriracha
